When I asked to speak to her supervisor, ***********************- that's the name she gave.she refused to transfer the call saying that is not how customer service works. But she could " provide me with a discount" on my upgrade. I asked if there is a place for the product to be shipped to and repaired she said no. Telling me it is over 2 years old and there is no support over the phone for a product over a year old. ******* runs through the script about my product. Spoke with ********* the customer service rep about my Dvr system. I am going to report this company to the Attorney General, and the Bureau of Consumer Protection. They are very disrespectful, rude, and lack courtesy. I would not advised anyone to do business with NightOwl. I was placed on hold for twenty minutes then I got a dial tone. She told me that I can't speak to a supervisor. She didn't even asked me for my claim number. She immediately repeated the same argument. After saying my name, the other representative recognized me. While speaking to the other representative on the other line, my home phone was cut off. I used my cell phone to called back the number. ![]() He then placed me on hold and never return after waiting for 45 minutes. She told me someone would follow-up with me as to the next step. ![]() I explained to him that the last representative that I spoke to after sending the documents confirmed that everything was good. However, I called today 6/8/23 to find out the status of my claim, and the gentleman that I spoke to told me that I have to send the documents again, because he cannot see the top of the receipt from Walmart which is a lie, because the lady told me that everything was good on 6/5/23 when I forwarded the documents. I called and spoke to a representative, and she confirmed receipts of the documents. On 6/5/23 after sending the documents again. I sent the requested documents several times. I called NightOwl customer service who asked me to send the receipt and code from the equipment box. The Camera started to malfunction a month ago. Dissatisfied Customer: I purchased a NightOwl Security Camera System CCTV, 8 Channel Bluetooth DVR with ITB Hard Drive 4 Wired 1080p HD Spotlight Surveillance Bullet Cameras, Audio Enable Indoor/Outdoor Cameras with Night Vision from Walmart in March 2023.
